So, your belly is full of delicious grub and you have a pint of real ale in hand. Now what? What you need is some entertainment! And here at the Preston Gate, we love a good knees up. We believe that all of the food, alcohol and friendly staff in the world are useless if a pub is boring. Fortunately for us (and you) we are not.

Keen to keep you interested, we host live music every Friday night; showcasing acts from all over Cornwall. The atmosphere in our little establishment is instantly ramped up the second that they start wheeling their instruments in, and we’re never short of revelers even in deepest, darkest winter.

And, as if you need reminding, there is the (almost) world famous Prestonfest every October; you don’t want to miss it. The 2023 Prestonfest was Flipping AWESOME ! Just what we needed – letting our hair down and having a lot of fun – we are looking foreword to 2024 !
